The main thing is that the CPU is displayed as available for delivery in 2 to 4 working days at Toppreise and is also green here, although it is only available for new orders from February.

Everyone should have received their CPU by the end of January. I also ordered an iPhone a year ago in mid-October and everyone had to wait until the end of January for it. It's not that no CPUs are being produced - they are already on their way. The only question is why it takes so long for them to arrive. Nobody likes to wait, especially when there are no exact delivery dates.
There is no need to wait until February if AMD has officially confirmed that it has increased production.
