Is thermal paste included in the package?

Yes! The thermal paste is already applied to the back of the CPU and the cooler can be screwed on without hesitation and without having to apply anything extra.

Stop! Sorry - the thermal paste is already applied to the underside of the cooler (and not the CPU)... but ultimately makes no difference.
