The second fan, which is above the RAM sticks, can be adjusted. This means that you can have RAM of any height and simply move the fan above this. noctua.at/en/how-big-is-the...

Keep in mind, however, that the 165mm cooler height assumes the default fan position, which only leaves 32mm for RAM. Every extra mm you need for your RAM will increase the overall cooler height. G.Skill Ripjaws V RAM is 42mm tall, so you will need to move the second fan 10mm higher, making the overall cooler height 175mm. Check the specifications of your case to see if this still fits.
