is this keyboard also compatible with Windows, Linux and Android? From the description, it seems to be compatible only with MacOS.

It will work with anything, but this model specifically has the Apple key instead of windows key and some other Mac specific differences. It will be a bit harder to use on anything but Apple devices.
However, the regular version of this keyboard (the non MXKEYSMAC) also supports Mac and even has the Mac keys printed next to the PC keys; that one is truly universal. I exchanged this keyboard for the regular one and use it happily with any device.
