Unfortunately, there is no such thing, because it would require a completely different housing. It is not a mouse, but a trackball. With a mouse, you can design the housing so that it works for both right- and left-handers, but with a trackball, the whole construction would have to be "turned around". Since only a few people are comfortable with a trackball, the potential clientele and the market for it are probably too small to make it worthwhile to design a special left-handed model.
