Not sure what International means, that's a typical US layout, i.e. no double row enter key for example

It is the real US version.
I bought it because I programj among other things and with the international variants characters like []{}@2#, which are often needed in C++ or shell, are very tedious to type (AltGr etc.).

If you search for the manufacturer number you will find:
920-002479 - Keyboard, K120, US English with €, QWERTY, USB, Cable, Logitech

Neither, it is the SG (swiss german) version
