no unfortunately it is NOT the 2020 model! I just received my Christmas present today. Unpacked the device and then realised that it is not the 2020 model. The description on digitec.ch suggests it is the 2020 model: the new model has a remote control and now also Amazon Alexa and that is how it is shown in the specifications. Too bad now I have to go through all the hassle and make a return and hope that I will get the 2020 model as a replacement.

I think that would be a good question to ask digitec customer service. In terms of price, it should be the latest version with Alexa. At Teufel, the 2020 model is available for 259.
