It looks like the gas spring is now broken after 1.5 years, the chair always goes all the way down after a few minutes. What is the best thing to do now? What is the standard height of the gas spring in the chair? Can I replace it myself? Which gas spring do I have to buy? Or is this covered by the warranty?

I think it's under warranty. You have 24 months with the article, just write to the support.
