Question about Gigaset E370 Hx
It seems unclear that the phone cannot work without a base. This should have been communicated more clearly. So we are willing to return the phone we bought and order a new one. Why is this so unclearly described?
Thank you for pointing this out. I have passed this on once for checking, but I suspect that this cannot be adjusted as the description is sourced directly from the manufacturer by the supplier. In addition, our specifications state the phone type as handset only and the signal transmission as eco Dect, which makes it obvious that this is a handset only without an additional base station.
