It should be able to deliver 109 watts. But when I charge with the supplied cable, both usb c ports show the same remaining charging time even though one port should draw 100 watts. What is the reason

As far as I know, both the connected device and the cable must be capable of 100W. In addition, a device/battery does not draw full power from 0-100%. Instead, this will be a maximum value during the charging curve. Otherwise the battery would be damaged.
