It's a shame we can't understand which keyboard is which, because your message is super confusing. It says this: Swiss (QWERTZ) Swiss German So you really think it's not for people who speak French. I've seen in other questions and answers that it's also for French... maybe maybe maybe. I'll wait before buying.
This is a typical Swiss QWERTZ keyboard with (é/ö) (à/ä) (è/ü) keys.
My MacBook Pro with 'Swiss layout' has é/ö, à/ä, è/ü combined on the keys.
With 'Input Source' = 'Swiss French', the keys é/ö, à/ä, è/ü bring é, à, è (without Shift, ö,ä,ü with Shift).
