It’s truly disappointing when a product fails to live up to its promise. I purchased a Palona Quubi radio, and less than two years in, the screen display completely stopped working. Reaching out to the company was no help—despite multiple attempts, they never replied. Their customer service is virtually nonexistent. I even had the issue diagnosed at a repair shop, where I learned that replacing the screen requires a module reference, but Palona wouldn’t provide it. Bottom line: this is a product I cannot recommend. The radio itself failed prematurely, and the company’s refusal to support its customers is unacceptable. If you’re considering a Palona Quubi radio, think twice. It’s not worth the hassle or the disappointment.
