I've been using the mouse for a little over a year and for some time now the left mouse button no longer works properly (it's like it has a loose contact). Have any of you had similar experiences? If so, have you found a way to fix the problem?

It sounds like the mouse is defective. You have 24 months legal warranty. I would advise you to contact Logitech's service department. Good luck

I had the same experience about a year after I bought it. Logitech offered me a free replacement.
