Is it possible to use a maximum of 64GB or 128GB Ram with this processor?

So on my ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Hero, the 3950X with 128GB runs flawlessly (Corsair Vengeance LPX Black (4x, 32GB, DDR4-3200, DIMM 288).
