Like others, I have noticed that the processor runs very hot. During normal use it is "only" 56 degrees, but during video rendering under full load it rises up to 96 degrees. Since the rendering is usually finished after about 5-10 minutes, the temperature would only be that high for a short time. Is this still a problem?
Laut AMD sind diese Temperaturen ganz normal in der 7000er Serie: https://www.youtube.com/watch
I implemented the following tips today and they have lowered the temperatures in the high-performance range without any noticeable change in performance: https://www.youtube.com/watch
Even if it's not a problem according to AMD, I still prefer slightly lower temperatures in the peak performance range.
A very good processor, which I have also installed, and has shown absolutely no problems with the temperature.
Even after a few hours in the benchmark, no problems. Sure, temperatures rise to 70-75 degrees, but everything is within limits.
The prerequisite is of course that there is at least a second fan in the case, and not just the one from the CPU and power supply.
After that, even if the case fan does not run audibly, there are no problems with the heat.
The X processors do not come with a boxed fan. Good cooling must be ensured.
