Hi marrrgio,


the earphones have preset information that allows them to communicate with each other. Only an authorised service centre can configure the settings of your earphones to match their firmware version. All three components (left earbud, right earbud, charging cradle) must be present during configuration. You can find your nearest ASC on the Sony website.
