Hi Hearing Specialist; according to Apple's website;
"Magnetic alignment only works on iPhone 12, iPhone 13, iPhone 14 and iPhone 15."

I have an iPhone XS and the original Apple silicone case. Now it's a game of chance whether it charges with the MagSafe or not... no sign of magnetic docking. Is that not possible with the older iPhone? Or do I need a special case?
