Many comments write 65 watts. Do you really run the part with a power limit of 65 watt? Doesn't the part only develop its true potential with an open power limit?

There seems to be a misunderstanding. There is no longer just one TDP. Digitec specifies the maximum of several possible ones. Whether this is correct or not remains to be seen. For Intel, it is a 65W TDP CPU. However, it can be up to 154W, e.g. when using the Turbo. Provided no limits are set.
