Moin reucht de be quiet pure rock 2 fx for the ryzen 7 7800x3d need the only for gaming mostly asseto corsa and would put him a Rtx 4060 ti to the side or a rx 7900gre

Yes, the PureRock 2 FX is sufficient for the 7800x3d.
When gaming, the 7800x3d converts around 50 watts into heat. The cooler can cool up to 150 watts.
That's easily enough.
