My device can no longer be started. After the display shows "starting", it always starts again from the beginning after the 4 point. I disconnected it from the power supply overnight, but that didn't work either. Is there a way to reset the device using the buttons on the device? Unfortunately I can't get in with the FB. Thank you!

I think this is a difficult case, as resetting the keyboard to factory settings will probably not be possible either. Sorry can't give any other answer.
