My Fitbit "hung up" yesterday. The display stopped responding out of nowhere. Does anyone have any experience?

My wife had this very often with the old firmware on the watch. Attach the charging cable and then press the button on the side with your finger for a long time. The watch restarts at some point. Now the charging cable can be removed again and the watch works as usual.
Be sure to update the firmware via the fitbit app.
