My Mac (Sierra 10.12.6) recognises the mouse and connects, but the mouse does not work/move, after a few seconds it disconnects again. On the Windows laptop next to it, everything works fine. Logitec app also downloaded, doesn't help as there is a connection problem, anyone have any idea what could be going on? When pairing with the Mac, the mouse also flickers twice (as two channels?). something is not working properly...

I had the same problem (PC and Mac). The only solution - until now - was to operate the mouse on the Mac via the things and on the PC via the normal Bluetooth connection. That way it works perfectly for me.

A short time later, however, it loses contact once, which is why I have to press the respective button again, after which everything works fine, both under Windows and Ubuntu.
