OneDrive is already included in Windows 10, why should it be included here again?

With the purchase licences, the Premium Services such as OneDrive can only be used in Free Mode and therefore up to a maximum of 5GB. With a Microsoft 365 Single or Family, OneDrive Premium with 1TB is included.

i have just opened the box and read the original office packaging.... it needs a ms- account ! annoying. send it back

I bought the product for a customer and cannot answer this question directly. As far as I know, Office 2019 Home & Student is equivalent to Office 2019 Home & Business without Outlook. I don't think MS would do without Onedrive in an Office product, since it is really forced upon you everywhere.
