No matter what I try, I only get the 4 rotating white balls when I try to watch Youtube 360° videos. Even when the computer is freshly started and without loading any VR app directly in Edge clicked on VR, hardware acceleration on/off and Canary Edition I have already tried everything. Does anyone have a tip on how to fix this?

You should try contacting HP Support https://support.hp.com/ch-de as they should be able to offer troubleshooting steps and advice on how to resolve the issue you are experiencing.
