No question, just a note: The statement "Each processor core has access to the entire L3 cache." is not correct. Only 8 of the 16 cores have access to the 3D V-cache, which corresponds to the L3 cache.

Yes, it is correct. Both dies have access to the V-cache, but the latencies to the second CCD are so high that it is more of a disadvantage and therefore CCD2 is parked via the driver when a game is detected.

The description is also about the AMD Ryzen 9 7900X, not the AMD Ryzen 9 7950X (3D).
