Now and then I have brief problems with wireless transmission: The keyboard and mouse jerk annoyingly, but I haven't yet found out why/when. The next day it's fine again for weeks. The next day it works fine again for weeks. Other connections and new pairing made. Can't imagine that a Corei7 with Win10 couldn't handle the little bit of wireless signal. What def. causes problems (for me) is to operate 2 Unifying receivers on 2 PCs independently-parallel. Maybe someone has experience with jerking?

USB 3 connections can interfere with Unifying plugs. Solution: Insert the Unifying plug in the USB 2.0 port if available, or distance the plug with a USB 2.0 extension cable. Another possibility is to insert a USB 2.0 memory stick in the adjacent USB port.

I also have Windows 10, so far everything is working fine, the mouse has been in use for 2 years now. My recommendation is to write to Logitech directly and ask for a replacement:)
