One question: Isn't it normal to send an external hard drive in a parcel in winter and not just leave it on the doorstep (of the neighbours)? Galaxus must have hired a pretty unreliable gang with the "flash order". What's more, the product didn't arrive at the specified time, but only the following day and was left unpacked on the neighbours' doorstep...next to the snow...
