Pairing with Jabra Elite 85h was successful but I still have no sound. According to the Windows sound settings, the output is Jabra. I only have sound when I have the Windows sound settings open in the background. As soon as I leave these settings, I no longer have sound. Drivers are up to date, software etc. is up to date and I have already rebooted. All without success. Does anyone know the problem or have a tip?

Whenever I have a problem with my Jabra Evolve 65, I remove the headset from the adapter and reconnect it.
I do this with the Jabra Direct software. Maybe that will help you.
