Pairing with mobile phones does not work. 4 people with different mobiles have tried to pair - without success. We followed the instructions. Has anyone else had this problem? The mobile searches and cannot find the philips device. What can be done?

Helpful answer

I did not have this problem. I don't have a hot tip, except to make sure that the phones are not connected to any other devices. Deactivate all Bluetooth and reactivate.

Hello! Unfortunately (fortunately) I cannot confirm this problem. For us, the pairing with iphone and ipad has always worked immediately and flawlessly. The only thing I can possibly contribute - if you haven't tried it yet - is the tip to deactivate Bluetooth on your mobile and then start searching again. This always helped us when some headphones or hi-fi devices in the car didn't want to register ... Good luck!

I did not have this problem. It worked for me with two Oppo devices and Amdroid with 13.1.

I have the same problem. But unfortunately no solution either.
