Question about SANDISK Extreme PRO UHS-I V30

Should Windows 10 and 11 be able to read this SDHC card? Or does it depend on the PC? My PC (Acer) is from 2016 and my laptop (ASUS, Win11) is from 2022. All 5 64GB SDHC cards purchased here do not run on either device, 32 GB without any problems.
