The problem is known. XDA writes that you should reset the phone to factory settings, which will solve the problems:

I have now reset the phone. The battery now "only" discharges to 30% at night.
I hope that Oneplus will solve this problem. 
I wonder if this is under warranty, I definitely don't need such a phone.
