Since the end of November, Digitec has given a delivery date of 21.12 - end of Feb. 25. I also placed an order at the end of Nov. Now there is suddenly no delivery date at all from Digitec??? What is the situation now? When will we receive the CPU we have already ordered? A corresponding information to the customer would also be an advantage.

I have also asked several times. Once I at least had a more capable employee in customer service who asked in the warehouse and even knew some delivery dates. But since then
always the same story and I already ordered in mid-November 🥲

most people ask themselves this question, but you always get the same 0815 answer from customer service. "The supplier gives the date in the shop", in other words: "I don't want to pick up the phone and investigate". I don't understand why, with so many paying customers, you can't do 5-10 minutes of work.

I bought one on 12.11.24.
Hasn't been delivered yet and Digitec hasn't given any information as to when they intend to deliver as of 10.12.24.
Very poor customer service.
