Small question, I don't know much about it. If I mount this cooling system on a ryzen 9 3900x, is it enough to use the heat-conducting paste that has already been applied, or would it be better to spread new heat-conducting paste over the whole processor, as there is only one spot on the pre-applied heat-conducting paste?
