Smart dock is a joke. Completely superfluous. Like some Android phones, the tablet has Google's Ambient Mode. The display then looks like Google Nest and can also be controlled in this way. The control via Ambient Mode works better via the normal charging of the USB port than when it is in the dock. Ambient Mode starts incorrectly or not at all in the dock. But it is completely unnecessary to buy the product in combination with the smart dock, as it is not a "smart dock". It's all just more expensive for nothing. It is absolutely no replacement for a Google home, mini or Nest. It's just a completely normal tablet with ambient mode function. I was also able to buy the same thing for 140 francs at Migros in a special offer. Unfortunately, you can't find this information online, which is exactly what the Smart is supposed to be good for, and I had the impression that the Ambient Mode only works in conjunction with the Smart Lock.

If you love the Smart Dock (Lenovo: Smart Charging Station) so little, I'll gladly buy it from you. For days I have been desperately looking for two (2) Smart Docs at once, as I am extremely satisfied with two identical Tabs M10+.
Only no one has the Smart Docks separately. Lenovo has them, but only sells them through dealers. Fust, Interdiscount and MediaMarkt don't want to order them (claim they can't).
