Some questions were asked here on 14.11. It would be beneficial if the responsible employee could comment on them. You could contribute so much more to the general satisfaction of the customers. Remember your mistake with the graphics cards... You tried to bring in some fairness and to a certain extent you succeeded. But these concepts/ideas need to be extended to other desirable products.
