Sorry ( digitec / Galaxus ) guys, but if you don't want to listen, you have to feel, it's absolute rubbish what you're doing !!! RAM have a delivery time guarantee as 30 years + and you offer used ones, which should then only have 2 years. What is this bullshit, every clear thinking customer says sorry fu.....yo no wonder you have so many used RAM in the shop nobody wants the crap with less warranty when you can get the full warranty for slightly more.

As these are used items, we often can no longer get a full warranty through to the service centres concerned and this has therefore been stipulated.
However, the input is certainly justified and certainly has an impact on the used offers. We are currently discussing a change to this with our partners.
