Basically, this is a good printer. Unfortunately, the printout has an offset of almost a millimetre in the bottom right corner (and only there). If you want to print exact, to-scale things, it becomes difficult. Unfortunately, there is no information on the internet about how and if you could adjust the printing unit accordingly.

I am very satisfied with the device and with the customer service. Last week I was also supplied with only the DE cable. After calling the hotline (the announced 30 minutes was correct), the CH cable was delivered to me free of charge in the desired length and was already in the BK the following day.

Then you were unlucky, because I had both cables in the box (but it's been a while).
By the way, best printer purchase in my life!
