The AirPods 4 work perfectly with every application, except when I connect them to my Lenovo laptop and want to make a call in MS Teams. Then the other person is almost inaudible. However, the volume is at full volume everywhere. If I use the Airpods with MS Teams on the iPad, it also works perfectly. I connected my work colleague's AirPods Pro to MS Teams and the Lenovo laptop for testing purposes. The AirPods Pro also work perfectly. Has anyone had a similar experience and can help me?

Helpful answer
It may be due to the sound driver on your laptop or the Bluetooth driver. Check the device driver versions for you and your colleague.

And otherwise disconnect the Vrb or devices completely from the laptop, put the Airpods in the box and then connect them with the button on the box. Instructions in the manual for the Airpods.
