Question about EcoFlow Delta
The battery cells installed in this unit have an estimated life of 3-5 years (even with a few cycles). Does the manufacturer or Galaxus offer a service to replace the batteries afterwards (as available in the US)?
We would have to ask Digitec or Galaxus about this. However, I believe that when the Ecoflow is not in use, a battery level of between 20 and 80 % increases the life of the cells to 6 to 7 years.
Surely I would appreciate such a service that Galaxus could replace these batteries after 3-5 years.
