Delivery time information is very rarely guaranteed, as all (intermediate) dealers are dependent on their own (intermediate) dealers. In this case, no information is available at all, neither from dealers, importers, nor from AMD itself. So you can state whatever you want as the delivery time, because you can't track it anywhere.
Super money-hungry companies could of course exploit this by faking availability so that customers order from them and thus drive up sales... think about it.

Same as you... To be honest I will click cancel and return my money... the delivery dates are just pure lying.. I mean if they don't have a proper date from their suppliers then don't give this dates... As this is pure lying... On 28.02.2023 I ordered 7900X3d as 7950X3d was not in stock and no date. So I ordered 7900x3d in 1 week I saw 7950x3d is there delivery in 3 days I ordered it.. 1 day before delivery they changed to delivery date 23.03... which was 20 days... now 5 days before 23 they changed it between "today" and 11.4 ... sorry but this is pure lying.. Just do a normal PRE-ORDER queue with DATES not known and whoever wants to wait just to register and that's it and ship the cpu base ot the order.. I ordered it paid the whole amount with card cause it was state delivery in 3 days and now 20 days later, the period is bump again with 20 days..

I have now cancelled and got the 7950X without 3D... not optimal but sry the delivery date has changed more often than the emotional state of a pubescent girl.
