The description says that the mainboard has two M.2 ports, but the specifications do not mention anything about M.2 interfaces. Which information is correct?

Yes the board has two M.2 connectors, the upper one is connected to Pcie4 and the lower one to Pcie3.

The board has two M.2 interfaces. I have both in operation.

In the manual, 2x M2 interfaces are documented, but I have not installed an M2 and therefore have not removed the radiators of the M2 slots. Hope that helps.
