the display appears in several colours. dots... no display that resembles a modern display... in addition, there are streaks on the first test prints... smears... every colour... is this normal? digitec? should i return the device? it was put into operation today. the ethernet does not work at all... thx...

I am absolutely satisfied with my HP477dw PageWide Pro, I have been using it almost every day for a year, the copies are perfect in colour and black and white, the cartridges have been replaced once.
