The display on my 3sixty suddenly went black. Otherwise, the device works without any problems. Switching it off and on again did not help. Does anyone have an explanation or a solution for this problem?

Source-System settings-Backlight-(Standby time before dimming or select brightness on or brightness standby) If this does not help, the display is probably defective.
