The Hama Bluetooth adapter has connected correctly with the headphones. However, no audio signals are transmitted. All cables are connected correctly. What else can I try?

the headphones must connect, not the other way round! Repeat the procedure according to your description!
Switch on the headphones Bluetooth, then tap the switch at Hama!
Then it should be paired and work!
