Since I don't want to open up my pc again and measure it, with the attachment - 68.5mm specified at arctic and base plate I would say around 80mm.

Hello. I suppose it's the size of the block on top of the processor that you're interested in. In this case, the block is 70mm high with a diameter of 90mm.
