The manufacturer has gone bust and there is no longer an upgrade. Will at least the warranty be 3 years? These phones only have LTE (data and SMS for 4G) instead of VoLTE (voice telephony for 4G, Voice over LTE) and therefore voice telephony will soon no longer be possible with some suppliers (e.g. Sunrise from mid-2025)! But can still be used for pure data subscriptions.

The warranty cases can be covered by dealers and service centres. It is simply more likely that a refund will be made rather than a repair.
