The photo looks QWERTY, but the description says QWERTZ. Wich one is the right one?. And I know its CH layout, but can be internally change to ES language, for use the 'ñ' ?

Hello,

Yes, this is a CH version in QWERTZ. If you need to use the tilde, you can always change the language settings to Spanish and press the éö key and this will give you a ñ as I just did.
