It is relatively normal that a power bank does not come with a power supply unit. Most people already have enough of them and don't need another one.
You can also use the power supply from your smartphone, tablet, etc.

Doesn't do me any good as the cable is a USB-C to USB-C, but I only have power adapters with USB-A ports. I find unfortunate
