The price is too high, there are better monitors that can do just as much and even better. No fan noise at all, at this price? Just keep your hands off it. Philips is trying to cheat the customer. The same monitor of a different brand is available for 350 and if you want even more benefits, you can even spend 450 and get even more, e.g. 27 inch, 144 Hz, 4K, IPS panel, HDR, one cable and no cable clutter incl. charging the laptop incl. KVM switch integrated in the monitor.., incl HDMI 2.1 and all other connections such as thunderbolt & Displayport, anti-glare, currently at a price of 450.- via toppreise. You just have to compare the monitors and you'll find what you're looking for in 5 minutes. But what Philips is doing is really cheeky.

You don't seem to understand the relevance of colour space and brightness. Not one monitor in your price range has AdobeRGB >99% and 1400 nits brightness.
