The product works fine. Only problems I had were that the instructions indicated that I should use more screws for the wall mount than were actually provided with the unit. Also, there were no plastic wall anchors provided with the device which are essential for putting the screws in the wall - which meant an extra trip to the hardware store. The screws provided were not long enough to fit the mounting bracket to a Samsung Q80T so I again had to improvise with 16 plastic washers in order to close the gap between the screws and the TV. The provided plastic pieces to cushion between the TV and the screw were unusable because once I tried to use them, the screws could not reach the threads in the back of the TV. In short - a real pain in the ass. To save someone some time, I'd recommend using the shorter 4 largest screws for the top of the wall mount and the longer 4 large ones for the back of the TV as I guess this was the way it was intended. The only risk with this is that the 4 screws left for the top of the wall mount are shorter in length which means less wall material to hold the wall mount and TV to the wall. The instructions are completely ambiguous as to which screws to use for what, so the user is left with a lot of trial and error to get things right. When you're drilling holes in your walls, trial and error can be quite a time consuming and frustrating experience with this kind of thing. Also - as a warning to people with very heavy TVs, most of the weight is born by the top screws in the wall as the only screws left for the bottom part are much smaller and the wall mount ends up hanging mostly from the top screws. If you really want to do the job safely and correctly and to follow the instructions, you'll need to go to the hardware store for 12 large screws (like the 4 provided ones in the package) so that you can get 6 screws on top and 6 on the bottom like is indicated on the instructions.
